Includes:
Pre/post cruise transfers, one night hotel accommodation in a twin share room (incl. dinner/breakfast), all on board ship accommodation with meals, house beer, wine and soft drinks with lunch and dinner and all shore excursions and activities. Programme of lectures by noted naturalists.

Excludes:
Kayaking, all items of a personal nature, laundry, drinks, gratuities. International/domestic flights, visas, extensions and travel insurance.

Traveler insurance with evacuation coverage is required.

For all voyages, exact landings depend on weather. Wildlife sightings can never be guaranteed, but our years of experience mean that we are well equipped to find the best areas for wildlife. Past trip logs and species lists are available for all expeditions.

Last October, I had an opportunity to travel with my favorite expedition cruise company, Heritage Expeditions, on an immersive exploration of Melanesia – Papua New Guinea, Solomon Islands and Vanuatu – aboard their new flagship, the 140-guest luxury Heritage Adventurer.  


As you know, I love exploring the remote, lesser-visited parts of the world, and that’s exactly what this trip is about. I’ve sailed with Heritage Expeditions to Antarctica's Ross Sea, the Subantarctic Islands and Russia’s remote Far East Arctic Islands.
